System Administrator T2 (MSP)
A growing Managed IT Services Provider in Hazlet, NJ is seeking a System Administrator T2 (MSP) to provide top-tier support to small and medium-sized businesses in Monmouth County and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site IT support for clients within 45 minutes of Hazlet, NJ
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop/server issues, network outages, and security concerns
- Install, configure, and maintain network components, backups, and security solutions
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook configurations, Active Directory (AAD/Azure AD), and mobile email setups
- Diagnose and remediate malware, virus infections, and cybersecurity issues
- Work with ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and Control (preferred but not required)
- Assist with server upgrades, cloud migrations, and PC deployments
- Manage escalations for critical outages and VIP client support
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of experience in IT support (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, technical troubleshooting)
- Hands-on MSP experience and ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Knowledge of backup utilities (Datto, Carbonite, Azure) and firewalls (SonicWall preferred)
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and a team player
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Full-time position (Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts)
- Hybrid setup: Primarily remote with 1-2 days per week on-site at client locations
