Systems Engineer – MSP (Ashburn, VA | Hybrid | $85K–$95K Bonuses Top-Tier Benefits)

What You'll Do
- Plan, build, and maintain client network and computing infrastructure.
- Administer and support physical and virtual servers.
- Install, configure, and manage network systems (firewalls, switches, routers, etc.).
- Ensure network performance and apply security best practices.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery protocols, and user account/security administration.
- Collaborate with internal team and clients to document systems and processes.
- Provide remote and onsite support as needed, including after-hours/project work rotation.
- Monitor ticket queues and help resolve issues across our client base.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in systems/network administration
- Recent MSP industry experience.
- Experience with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, SonicWall, Cisco, HP/Aruba.
- Strong background in networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, VPNs, VoIP, etc.).
- Cloud experience (Azure & AWS), plus VMWare and server virtualization.

- Salary: $85K–$95K Annual Bonus (last year avg. was 10.5% of gross income!)
