What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and support network and computing infrastructure for clients.
- Administer and maintain servers, virtual clusters, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
- Configure and manage network hardware, firewalls, switches, and security systems.
- Maintain system backups, disaster recovery protocols, and security best practices.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for Windows, Apple OS, and virtualized environments.
- Document network configurations, policies, and key system processes.
- Travel to client sites as needed and participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in network administration, design, and execution.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Azure, and AWS.
- Hands-on expertise with firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, LAN/WAN, VoIP, and security protocols.
- Knowledge of HP/Aruba, Cisco, and SonicWall networking equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
- Experience in IT project management and documentation best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- IT management experience in an MSP or client-facing environment.
- Web development knowledge (a plus).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $70K - $95K annual performance bonuses
- 401K: Company match (1:1 up to 3%, 2:1 up to 6%)
