What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling support tickets and fielding incoming tech support calls
- Performing routine maintenance and monitoring of client systems
- Installing and configuring hardware components and software applications
- Assisting with basic networking tasks and troubleshooting
- Providing remote and on-site technical support to end users
- Documenting service actions in management systems accurately and consistently

- Strong interest in IT support and managed services
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Some experience with basic IT tasks (through school, certifications, or work)
