What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Assistant needed for expanding dealership! position at Bowser Automotive, Inc.?
The Sales Assistant will work closely with a Sales Consultant and Sales Manager to enhance the customer experience for Bowser Automotive for our GM/Buick department and to solicit new business for the Sales Consultant.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and follow up with customers
- Conduct all follow-up for current customers ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Work with CRM to solicit return business for Sales Consultant
- Assist in completion of necessary paperwork for deals
- Explain and deliver vehicles to customers
- Data entry
- Manage online leads
- Follow the Power of Bowser sales process
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by General Sales Manager and Sales Consultant
Education and Qualifications:
- High School degree
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to drive a standard transmission is preferred
- PA Sales license or ability to obtain a Sales license from the State of Pennsylvania
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for no less than 12 hours/day
