Physician Family Practice (Obstetrics preferred)
Greater Nebraska Medical and Surgical Services has an exciting opportunity for a Family Practice Physician to join the team at Box Butte General Hospital!
OB experience preferred but not required. This opportunity provides a well-rounded team of dynamic practice partners specializing in primary care, and surgical services. Supervise Physician assistants, nurse practitioners or mid-level practitioners.
Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience: Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of a residency training program.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Good organizational and staff coordination skills
Willingness to work flexible hours
Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively with initiative
Affinity for working with a culturally and economically diverse patient population
Licensure, Certification or Other Requirements: BLS, PALS, and ACLS certification
Upon 3 months of hire. Advanced Trauma Life Support for Emergency Department.
License to practice medicine in State of Nebraska
Board certification or clear path to board certification in family practice, or internal medicine
