The Skilled Laborer will work closely with other team members on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist various trades work as needed. Priority consideration given to those who excel at painting, drywall, demo, site prep, and an eye for finish detail.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Conduct minor plumbing or electrical tasks when necessary, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a skilled labor role within the construction industry is required.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment commonly used in construction.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Strong understanding of safety practices on construction sites.
