Job Duties and Responsibilities
Data Security & Admin Systems : Oversee IT systems, policies, and infrastructure, ensuring robust data security measures to prevent breaches. Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
IT Strategy & Operations : Manage and streamline IT operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Continuously enhance technology processes to ensure security and operational efficiency.
Coding & Development Oversight : Guide software development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing digital technology and IT teams. Foster collaboration across departments to achieve successful project outcomes.
