Job Summary: Manage wet utility projects (water, sewer, storm drain) including budgeting, scheduling, tracking, procurement, document control, quality, and overseeing multiple projects.

Job Summary: Manage wet utility projects (water, sewer, storm drain) including budgeting, scheduling, tracking, procurement, document control, quality, and overseeing multiple projects.
Essential Functions:
- Enforce contract terms and client requirements.
- Approve schedules, budgets, subcontract agreements, and pay applications.
- Attend progress meetings and address issues.
- Control costs, schedule, and quality.
- Complete forecasts, cost to complete, profit, and close-out documentation.
- Assist in developing Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) and Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDM).
- Review and approve Design Phase Services GMP proposals/budgets.
- Participate in pre-construction management activities.
- Maintain design documentation flow and pre-construction deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with the Division Manager and team.
- Represent the company in disputes and grievances.
- Be responsive to client and management needs.
- Promote team building and handle conflicts at the lowest level.
- Set a good example and resolve issues promptly.
- Anticipate and minimize potential problems.
- Promote business development and site safety.
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
- 10 years of experience in wet utility project management.
- Proven profitable project record.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and urgency.
- Experience in scheduling, forecasting, and submittals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with B2W, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Team player.
