Job Description:
The Sales Performance Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving store objectives. This includes supporting the Store Manager in hitting sales targets, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and creating buzz around new products through social media and promotions.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales plans and comp sales goals.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative and passionate team to run the store.
- Create customer engagement through promotion of new products and use of social media platforms.
- Provide leadership in running an operationally sound business, balancing ops, delegation, and customer-first selling practices.
- Maintain control over shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
- Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback.
- Analyze sales reports to inform strategy and drive sales growth.
- Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on time.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- Proven track record of leading teams to success and developing employees.
- Strong communication, time management, and operational skills.
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; degree preferred.
