Boxout, is expanding and growing. We are a Northeast Ohio based company with over 72 years of continuous success selling nationally to healthcare and medical practices. We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Credit and Collections Analyst to support our growth. This position reports to the Credit and Collections Manager and is a unique opportunity to get exposure to the wide range of activities that occur within the Credit department along with supporting the continued growth of our business. Multiple shifts available.

We are located in a 108,500 square foot contemporary facility in Hudson, Ohio that provides an energetic environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Accounts Receivable management of your own Portfolio of accounts across our multiple divisions.
- Build strong customer relationships and contact them regularly to follow-up on past due balances, process payments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform credit reviews on accounts to make decisions on credit limits, release orders, and manage risk.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to grow business opportunities and ensure an exceptional Customer experience.
- Participate in special projects and perform other activities as needed.
Our Ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Desire for career advancement and promotion to Credit leadership role within the next 2-3 years.
· Positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and a passion to treat our customers with courtesy, empathy, and respect.
· Must have 2 years of Credit/Collections experience.
· Oracle experience or experience with similar Accounts Receivable ERP systems a plus
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
