We are located in a 108,500 square foot contemporary facility in Hudson, Ohio that provides an energetic environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged.
We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Customer Service Specialist!
Qualified individuals will have a positive attitude and be passionate about going above and beyond for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide world class customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
- Have a strong aptitude to problem solve and ability to multi-task
- Enter orders with attention to detail and accuracy
- Supports sales department and upsell products
- Answer customer inquiries and help with product knowledge
Shift hours are onsite 11:30am to 8:00pm (Monday – Friday)
Candidates for this position will possess excellent communication and decision-making skills and have the ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls.
