Distribution Center Inbound Supervisor

We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Distribution Center

Inbound Supervisor to support our continued growth!

The hours for this position are 6 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday (6 am to 12:00 pm).

Responsibilities:

· Achieve operational goals and metrics related to lead time, service level, lines per hour, accuracy, cartons per order, overtime, safety, cleanliness.

· Monitor and enforce quality control standards

· Manage and coordinate the receiving schedule.

· Manage the receiving breakdown process, ups processing, returns and all finished good put-away.

· Have forklift, electric pallet jack, reach truck and order selector experience

· Conduct daily communication kick-off meetings with the team.

· Interview, hire and train new warehouse personnel when needed.

· Provide ongoing coaching and training to all Inbound staff.

· Identify and communicate improvement opportunities. Both from a systematic need and dock reorganization need for better flow.

· Manage and adjust work schedules as necessary based on the needs and expectations of our customer.

· Support Outbound with team as needed.

Qualified candidates can multi-task with a sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role. Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution center with RF technology is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
