Boxout, is expanding and growing. We are a Northeast Ohio based company with over 72 years of continuous success selling nationally to healthcare and medical practices. We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Senior Accountant! This position reports to the Controller and is a unique opportunity to get exposure to the wide range of activities that occur within the Accounting department along with supporting the continued growth of our business.

We are located in a 108,500 square foot contemporary facility in Hudson, Ohio that provides an energetic environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries on a monthly basis
- Prepare and analyze key account reconciliations monthly with timely resolution on reconciling items
- Key participant in our annual budget and planning process
- Calculate monthly Customer and vendor rebates and incentives
- Support the annual financial statement audit
- Identity and drive process improvement opportunities
- Various special projects
Candidate must be organized, accurate, show a sense of urgency and have a strong ability to multi-task. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, display initiative with decision making and show a genuine desire for continuous improvement. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel is strongly encouraged. Familiarity with Oracle and Oracle Report Writer is a plus. A 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance is required, 1-3 years of public accounting or relevant accounting experience is preferred and CPA designation is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
