We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Strategic Accounts Credit Analyst to support our growth. This position reports to the Credit and Collections Manager and is a unique opportunity to get exposure to the wide range of activities that occur within the Credit department along with supporting the continued growth of our business.

We are located in a 108,500 square foot contemporary facility in Hudson, Ohio that provides an energetic environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged.
Your Mission:
Maintain your own Portfolio of accounts across our multiple divisions.
Build strong customer relationships and contact them regularly to follow-up on needs of their account, any past due balances, to process payments, and resolve any discrepancies.
Perform credit reviews on accounts to make decisions to release orders, manage risk, and make account credit recommendations.
Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to grow business opportunities and ensure an exceptional Customer experience.
Participate in special projects and additional tasks as needed.
What it takes:
Positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and a passion to treat our customers with courtesy, empathy, and respect.
2 years of Account Management experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
