What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Boxout?

We have expanded to a new 92,000 square foot, air-conditioned facility in Fort Worth! This contemporary facility provides an energetic and open environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged. Our core values promote professional and personal growth.
We are seeking candidates for full-time outbound (9:30 am-6:00 pm, Monday-Friday) opportunities. This is a set shift but there could be the opportunity to work overtime as needed. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment. Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency, accuracy and attention to details. Experience with Warehouse lift equipment is a plus. All applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screen.
Entry level candidates start at $17.50 an hour. Candidates can make up to $19.50 an hour with bonus.
