WE’RE LOOKING FOR . . .
An Wine Sales Rep. to join our team who:
- Is highly motivated loves the thrill of the hunt to find new prospects close new accounts
- is energized by introducing yourself our wine to new people, winning over GMs and bar managers to create, build and grow wine by the glass programs,
- builds mutually-beneficial relationships to sell and grow on-premise accounts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO. . .
Grow Revenue.
- Hit daily, weekly and monthly quotas, including prospecting, sales growth within new existing TABC-licensed venues.
- Grow business within existing accounts through superior service, securing reorders activations to support sales within the account.
- Utilizing relationships, events activations to drive consumer box sales.
- Assist with packing, delivering and restocking accounts.
Sell New Accounts.
- Generate new leads for on-premise business through in-person visits, set up tastings convert to new accounts.
- Onboard new accounts with staff training/tastings, marketing materials promotional events to launch BOXT and grow a following for the new house.
- Analyze your assigned territory, create daily routes, track status using our CRM.
Live the Brand.
- Secure optimal menu placement on-premise branding (table tents, display boxes, activations, etc.)
- Be a brand ambassador and leverage on-premise relationships to uncover additional on-premise consumer tasting opportunities.
- Be a team player supporting other events departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- 1-2 years of alcohol sales required, preferably for a distributor
- 1 year of outside sales experience preferred
- TABC certification a plus
- Must be self-motivated and feel confident calling on businesses in person.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- G-suite knowledge. Must be comfortable using a computer to manage your prospects.
- Position requires traveling throughout the Greater Austin metro. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

We’ll teach you everything you need to know about our wines, how to use our CRM and make sure you have all the tools and support you need to be successful in this role. If you don’t have your TABC certification, we’ll have you complete that on your first day of work.
