What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cub Camp Counselor- seasonal (BDSR) position at Boy Scouts of America Long's Peak Council?
Jack Nicol Cub Scout Camp, located by Red Feather Lakes northeast of Fort Collins, CO is seeking to hire several individuals to serve as Counselors to 7-10 year old youth. This is seasonal employment with an odd schedule. The ideal candidates will have a willingness to work with youth, a desire to be in the outdoors and have a friendly demeanor. A knowledge of the BSA Cub Scout program is preferred but not required. You will be expected to spend nights on site during each session. Areas of interest are range & target activities (BB guns, archery and sling shot), trading post clerk, and program area instructors. All range & target staff must be a minimum of 18 years of age and be certified by the camp shooting sports director.
