Position Overview :
We are looking for a self-starting, motivated person who excels at building relationships, enjoys sales, marketing, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have skills in marketing, management, budgeting, event planning, sales, fundraising, customer service and are comfortable with public speaking and interacting with diverse audiences. a Scouting background is NOT required for the position.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Compensation package is $60,816
- Base Salary $56,496
- Auto Allowance $3,600 ($300 a month, plus .15c a mile)
- Cell Phone reimbursement of $720 ($60 a month)

Responsibilities :
The position serves as the manager of a designated area called a district that serves Larimer and Jackson counties, along with a small portion of Weld County. Scouting is sustained and successful through your ability to recruit, promote, supervise, and work with local volunteers in achieving growth in our youth participation and surpassing fundraising objectives.
