Job Summary: The Office Manager at Boy Scouts of America is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office. The Office Manager will manage office resources, office support staff, coordinate events and meetings, and maintain a welcoming and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Staff Support: Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling meetings.
- Resource Management: Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and available.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and activities, including logistics, catering, and communication with participants.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facility Management: Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities, liaising with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Budget Management: Monitoring of the office budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Compliance: Ensure office operations comply with organizational policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality requirements.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
