The Maintenance Ranger is a vital member of the team at the Scouting America, orange County Council, at the Ed laird Scout Camp at the Irvine Ranch Outdoor Education Center. This role is responsible for the upkeep and preservation of our beautiful outdoor spaces and facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Groundskeeping :
Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns and fields
Performing basic repairs to buildings, fences, and other structures
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff
