What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate (part-time) position at Boy Scouts of America?
15-20 hours available per week.
Essential Functions:
- Provides excellent customer service in the store and on the phone.
- Processes customer orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintains a stocked, organized, and clean store.
- Opens and closes the store as directed by management using the prescribed policies and procedures.
- Safeguards BSA monies and merchandise.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 16 years old
- <1 year of retail sales experience
- Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Knowledge of Scouting program preferred
