Clerical experience in a law firm or a professional environment is preferred. Office experience (answering phones, typing, filing, copying) is a plus. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Duties consist mainly of the following : secretarial / typing tasks, answering phones, delivery of documents to outside locations; preparing (stamping and weighing) mail and delivering to post office; copying and scanning document projects.
