Boyd Chevrolet GMC of Emporia, VA is looking to hire an experienced and professional General Motors Parts Specialist. Parts Specialist Responsibilities:

• Parts Receiving and Stocking
• Inventory and Posting Responsibility
• Servicing Customers and Service Technicians
• Verification and the Confirmation of Orders
• General Motor Training for Warranty Parts Orders and Returns
• Lifting and Moving Parts Boxes and Cores
• Keeping Technicians and Service Advisors Updated About Order Availability and Arrival of Parts
• Special Order Parts for Customers
• Collect Payments from Customers
• Share Additional Information That May Be Necessary for The Parts Order to be Correct
• Cleanliness of Work Area
• Customer Satisfaction

Parts Qualifications:

• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional Attitude
• Well-groomed Appearance
• Good Work Ethic and Computer Skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
