Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires organizational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and people skills. The primary role of this position is patient scheduling and general front desk office administration work. Including but not limited to: collecting patient information, answering phones, scheduling clients, reaching out to curent clients, and processing payments. We are looking for a health-oriented, enthusiastic person who is also interested in learning more about health and human performance and chiropractic care.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized.
