Boylston Staffing is looking for an Educational Programs Training Assistant. This is a 4-5 month temporary opportunity.
Duties include :
- Lead Staff training sessions thru presentations, speaking in front of a group, role play scenarios and responding to questions
- Teach current curriculum plans
- Provide training
- Use Google Calendar, emails and online learning platforms daily
- Maintain trainer certificates
- Provide administrative support for the training department and Education programs
- Must maintain confidential information
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Have a BA, 2 years crisis prevention and physical intervention preferred
- Experience working in a school setting
- Able to stand for long periods of time and handle moderate noise level
Salary range depends on experience!!!
