We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Superintendent at Boyne Mountain Resort.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in turf management, with 1-5 years of experience in a leadership position. A degree in turf management is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily golf course operations
  • Spraying and fertilizing the golf course
  • Maintaining irrigation systems
  • Leading a team of grounds staff

A Michigan applicators license is required within 30 days of hire. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to successful applicants.
