Responsibilities
The Grounds Maintenance Team Lead will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Maintaining lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping features.
- Coordinating and scheduling daily tasks for the ground team to ensure efficiency.
- Assisting in coordinating and fulfilling the Grounds project plan in coordination with the Base Operations Manager.
- Training and ensuring proper use and preventative maintenance of Grounds department equipment and tools.
- Communicating repair requests to the Base Operations Manager as needed and promptly.
- Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ordering replacements as needed.
- Performing hands-on grounds maintenance work as needed.
