Responsibilities
The Building Maintenance Technician typical job functions include:
- Performing all aspects of carpentry throughout the resort
- Being able to climb and work from scaffolding and/or high ladders
- Using power tools proficiently
- Repairing doors, windows, furniture and other assigned tasks
This position may be for you if:
- You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- You have 2-5 years of carpentry experience in rough and finish construction; be willing to provide own tools
- You possess knowledge of all shop and hand tools is required
- You have Hi-Low or lift license preferred or training provided
- You possess a valid driver's license
