Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to,):
- Oversee outdoor operations at Heather Golf Course, ensuring smooth and consistent operations.
- Greet all guests and members in a friendly, professional manner and assist them with equipment.
- Maintain and clean golf carts, cart barn area, and surrounding facilities.
- Set up and maintain the driving range, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked.
- Ensure the course remains on schedule by assisting golfers with tee times and play pace.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the course, carts, and outdoor areas.
- Promote a safe and productive work environment by following company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc)
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- General knowledge of golf and customer service preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude
