Overview
The Highlands is looking for new food runners to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the restaurant promptly as well as assisting servers as needed. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of chances to take advantage of the awesome perks that come with working for The Highlands.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to,):
- Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the restaurant in a timely manner.
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the pool or to guest rooms in a timely manner.
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
- Maintain clean service areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Assist servers as situations arise as needed.
- Assist server attendants with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc):
- Food Runners must possess ServSafe certification or acquire it upon hire.
- Must be 16 years of age
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc):
- Prior food runner experience helpful but not necessary
