The Rental Check-In Agent is responsible for overseeing the rental check in process, ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests; providing guest-friendly customer service by making sure the guest has everything they need for a great day on the mountain!
Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.
Responsibilities
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure rental guest has been offered all rental options and is aware of rental policies
- Assisting guests with the proper sizing and adjustment of helmets and body armor
- Inventory, cleaning, and other special projects.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Consistent attendance with excellent work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work variable hours depending upon seasonal conditions
- Strong customer service orientation (good with people)
- Minimum 18 years of age

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $20.30 to $22.30
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
