Possibly the “best job ever” for teenagers, Brighton Peer instructors get paid to ski/snowboard while they are assisting kids in ski/snowboard lessons. Peer instructors will work closely with an adult lead instructor in creating unforgettable experiences for our younger students ages 4-12. If you are passionate about sharing your love of skiing with others, we would love to work and ski with you on the “Greatest Snow on Earth”!
Responsibilities
- Assisting with children's ski and snowboard lessons
- Riding with children ages 4-7 on chairlifts
- Helping with other needs of the ski school
- Ensuring kids have a fun and safe experience on snow
- Arriving to Brighton by 8:45 AM on scheduled workday
Qualifications
- Be able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level
- Ability to follow directions and safety protocols
- Love working with children
- Happy and friendly presence
- Ability to interact, talk and engage with kids ages 4-7
