Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager's typical job functions include:
- Overseeing all front of house and back of house operations
- Monitors food and beverage quality, presentation and portion size to maintain consistency and control costs
- Promoting Brand Standards of The Trophy Room Pizzeria & Pub and Snowflake Lounge
- Menu development based on Brand Standards
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of outlets and equipment
- Reviewing financial transactions and monitoring budget to ensure efficient operation, and to ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations
- Purchasing supplies for the restaurant
- Completing and reporting monthly food and beverage inventories
- Reviewing monthly financial reports with the VP of Food and Beverage
- Supervising 20-30 team members
- Staffing: Interviewing and hiring team members, conduct performance evaluation and appraisals, motivating and educating staff, as well as coaching team members when necessary
- Ensuring a great guest experience in the Trophy Room Pizzeria & Pub and Snowflake Lounge
Qualifications
This position may be for you if:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- General knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Experience with Point of Sale software preferred
- Experience managing Food & Beverage Inventories preferred
- Possess previous leadership experience strongly preferred
