Are you a self-starter with a passion for guest service? Do you thrive working independently during evening hours? If so, join our Huntley Hotel/Shoshone Housekeeping Team as a part-time or full-time Night Runner!

As a Night Runner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service during the quieter hours of the evening. Whether restocking supplies, fulfilling guest requests, or assisting with housekeeping needs, your efforts will help create a seamless and comfortable experience for our guests.

This role is perfect for someone already working in Big Sky and looking to pick up a few additional shifts or for individuals seeking flexible evening hours in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all guest requests in a timely manner
• Complete nightly checklist assigned from housekeeping manager
• Restock office supplies
• Re-stock linens left behind from daily housekeeping operations
• Ensure cart hallway is clean and ready to go for the next morning
• Remove trash from office
• Remove food from office that has been left behind
• Make sure all food has been removed from hallways
• Ensure Spa is clean and ready for the next day’s operations
• Know and follow Boyne USA and Big Sky Resort policies, guidelines and philosophies

Qualifications

• Self-Starter
• Guest focused attitude
• Ability to follow and complete a checklist of assigned tasks
• Ability to learn and use the Alice ticketing system
