The Shuttle Bus Driver will operate the mountain shuttle buses, transporting guests and employees from Rattlesnake Lake to Silver Fir and back, as well as transport guests throughout the day as needed. Create a lasting memory by starting and ending the guest’s day with positive interactions.
Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.
Responsibilities
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Arrive at work on time and when scheduled.
• Greet guests and employees and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
• Load and unload bikes.
• Maintain a clean vehicle.
• Obtain and keep up to date a valid driver's license. Must have a Clean Driving Record.
Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean Driving Record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and deliver quality experiences for guests and employees, repeatedly.
• Ability to evolve, adapt and change.

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: $20.80-22.30/hr
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
