Responsibilities
A Shuttle Driver's typical job functions include:
- Responding to guests request for on property shuttle service
- Operating vehicle in accordance with state laws and company policy
- Overseeing shuttle bus cleanliness and reporting mechanical issue to supervisor and or vehicle maintenance manager
- Offering guests daily information regarding mountain conditions, weather, ski trails, lift access points and dining options on property in a courteous manner
- Providing superior customer service to our guests at all times
- Answering questions and providing directions
Qualifications
This position may be for you if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have achieved a high school diploma or completed a GED
- You are available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- You are interested in a guest service oriented position, having excellent communication skills, are able to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- You possess a valid Michigan driver's license; CDL license preferred, but not required
