We need early morning snow removers for the winter season! For this position we are asking for individuals that can pay attention to weather/snow reports and be available by 6:00 am on heavy snow days in exchange for a Brighton employee pass and benefits.
This is a part time position only unless paired with another position to make full time hours. Our goal is to have snow removers for a few hours in the morning on snow days with the rest of the day available to ski/snowboard.
Responsibilities
- Available on snow days to shovel and use a snow blower around base area buildings
- Help with moving tables, fire pits, and clearing decks for easier snow removal
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Flexible availability during the ski season (including weekends and holidays)
- Must be able to follow the weather and communicate the night before predicted snow storms
- Arrive at Brighton by 6:00 am in snow appropriate gear on snow removal days
