Overview
The Sugarloaf Housekeeping department is looking for a dependable person to join our team as an afternoon/evening Resort Laundry Attendant. This full-time, seasonal role is a key player in our lodging housekeeping operations as we strive to provide superior guest service to all adventure seekers, vacationers, and conference attendants at our resort. PM Laundry Attendants typically work a 2pm - 10pm shift in either of our Hotel or Condo Laundry locations.
Responsibilities
- Separating, washing, drying, ironing, and folding of all hotel towels and linens.
- Placing items in appropriate storage area, sorting and counting articles to verify quantities on laundry requisitions
- Assure that an adequate supply of linen is on hand at all times to meet the needs of guests.
- Must maintain high standards of linen cleanliness and laundry room maintenance.
Qualifications
Previous experience in laundry operations is preferred but not required.
Must be able to do very physical work including being able to lift 30 lbs., push heavy carts repetitive tugging, pulling, pushing, lifting and standing.
Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed with guest volume.
