Overview
Sugarloaf is seeking a well-organized and safety oriented person to join our resort’s Mountain Operations team as our Vehicle Maintenance Parts and Inventory Coordinator. This position assists the Vehicle Maintenance Manager and the department’s mechanics by maintaining inventory and supplies and by communicating with other resort departments and vendors to ensure prompt service and delivery. The ideal candidate for this position would have proficient data entry skills, knowledge of automotive and equipment parts, and would be comfortable with a large volume of telephone communication. This full time, year round position is benefit eligible and typically works 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Orders parts for mechanics
- Organizes and keeps inventory for parts orders
- Coordinates and schedules services with other resort departments
- Manages phone calls and communication for manager and mechanics
- Responsible for data entry into company purchasing system
- Assists with the renewal of licenses and certificates as needed
- Maintains filing system consisting of hard and digital copies of all documents for the department
- Assists Vehicle Maintenance Manager with other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
