Summary
We are seeking a Full Time Office Assistant to join our team. This role will provide support for Accounting, Human Resources, and Payroll in a small office environment.
Responsibilities
- Organization, Data entry, and Filing of Accounts Payable Bills
- Data Entry and Maintaining of Accounts Receivable
- Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation
- Assist with Customer, Vendor, Human Resources, and Payroll Paperwork and Communications
- Variety of Administrative Support Tasks
Requirements
- Previous Office Experience with background in Accounts Payable or Receivable
- Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including working with Excel spreadsheets
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
