A Youth Development Coordinator is a part time managerial role, organizing programming, overseeing club staff, planning and implementing activities, etc.
This is a PART TIME SPLIT SHIFT position : Before school availability (early morning) and following up with after school programs (later afternoon - early evening hours). Inquire for further details.( E.g. 6 : 45 am - 8 : 15 am & 3 : 00 pm - 6 : 15 pm). Inquire about pay incentives for split shift roles. You will report to a Junior High or Middle School in Alvin ISD, which could include Pearland addresses.
