Campbell County Boys & Girls Club is HIRING for a year-round Food Coordinator! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of youth in our community! The Boys & Girls Club of Campbell County seeks a highly motivated candidate for this position. This is a part-time year-round position. The lunchroom Food Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and serving lunch, preparing and distributing afternoon snacks, and supervising children during breakfast, lunch, and snack times. They will also perform general cafeteria maintenance tasks, such as cleaning tables, mopping, and maintaining the kitchen and lunchroom areas. In addition, the employee would be required to get the necessary training and complete weekly paperwork as required by grants and other funding.
The Boys and Girls Club is looking for a professional, organized, active, and flexible individual. The candidate must be self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities. Communication and customer service are vital to the position. The candidate must be at least 18 years of age and able to work both before and after school. Experience working with youth is recommended but not a requirement. Food and food handling experience is highly recommended. Criminal background check and drug screen required.
The Club is open from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. School year shift is flexible but must support in preparation for breakfast and a PM snack.
