Responsibilities:
- Program Implementation: Develop and implement programs that align with the Club's mission and goals.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for all members and staff.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders through regular updates and announcements.
- Administration: Manage paperwork, track member participation, and ensure grant compliance.
Requirements:
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Pass TB test
- Pass FBI/DOJ Live Scan and background check
- NCLB Compliance (48 college units or degree)
- 1-2 years experience in Recreation, Child Development, or related field
