Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading the organization in achieving its mission and strategic objectives. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive business growth, foster a strong company culture, and ensure operational excellence. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and Unit to develop and implement effective strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission and vision.
• Supervise senior leadership teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Lead strategic planning efforts to identify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and community leaders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while promoting ethical business practices.
• Represent the organization at various events and public forums to enhance its visibility and reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or in an equivalent position within a similar industry.
• Strong background in business management with demonstrated success in financial management and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
• Experience in supervising diverse teams and managing cross-functional initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A track record of successful business development efforts that have led to organizational growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
