Job Title: RBI Field Crew (Seasonal)
Position Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports To: RBI & Healthy Lifestyles Coordinator
General Functions:
Will be responsible for field maintenance responsibilities of baseball/softball complexes for the
Reviving Baseball in the Inner cities (RBI) program. Duties include marking fields, driving and
operating a Sand Pro machine, transporting equipment, maintaining the field landscape, packing
field mounds, cleaning and maintaining grounds and complex restroom facilities, operating
sprinkler system, emptying trash, and general maintenance support as delegated by RBI Director
and Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in field maintenance.
- Ability to operate a Sand Pro machine and mark baseball fields.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Able to practice proper safety precautions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
