Instructional Coach - 21st CCLC
The Instructional Coach is responsible for implementation and delivery of a variety of personal
enrichment activities enabling youth to become proficient in basic educational disciplines and
apply learning to everyday situations. The Instructional Coach consistently work to provide a
positive learning environment and promote the personal, social, and intellectual development of
club members. The Instructional Coach works in collaboration with certified teachers in
implementing curricula that meets 21st CCLC program goals.
- The Instructional Coach is trained to conduct a well- rounded program in the areas of STEM,
Cultural Arts, SMART (Skills Mastery and Resilience Training), Sports & Fitness, and Career
Readiness.
