Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) is looking for candidates for Teen Specialist. The Teen Specialist is responsible for the oversight of all Teen Programs and advocacy at their clubhouse(s). They are responsible for the delivery of teen programming, including planning, development, reporting, and implementation in collaboration with the Program Services team. Additionally, the Teen Specialist assists with other operational functions of the clubhouse from time to time.
We are currently seeking applications for our Andre Agassi Clubhouse (800 N. Martin Luther King, Las Vegas), Boulder Highway Clubhouse (3475 S. Mountain Vista, Las Vegas), James (2530 E. Carey Ave, N. Las Vegas), Reynolds (2980 Robindale Road, Henderson) and Southern Highlands Clubhouse (10900 Southern Highlands Parkway, Las Vegas) at this time.

Preferred Candidates will have the following:
- A four-year degree in a relevant education and/or leadership field.
- A minimum of two years’ work experience working with youth in an academic setting, education programming, or youth leadership and advocacy or one year of experience as a Youth Development Professional (YDP) at a Boys & Girls Club organization or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, direct and coordinate programs, activities and events
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability not required but helpful

Compensation: $15.38 hourly but may qualify for a higher starting wage depending on your skills and experience. Eligible for full-time benefits after the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
