About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs that promote youth development and academic success.
The successful candidate will have a passion for working with youth, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of diverse youth populations
- Recruit and engage volunteers and community partners to support program delivery
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Combined experience and/or formal training equivalent to a minimum of three years
- Experience working with youth and knowledge of youth development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and manage behavior problems
