What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Technician full time/part time 2nd shift/Overnight position at Boys and Girls Home and Family Services, Inc.?
As a Mental Health Technician, you will be integral to providing compassionate care and support to our clients facing mental health challenges. Reporting to the clinical supervisor, your role will involve applying core skills such as patient care, medical documentation, and behavioral health techniques. You will provide a safe learning environment for clients to respond positively toward treatment goals; adhere to the agency’s mission to improve the lives of children and families while accepting the vision to be an innovative leader in revitalizing humanity by restoring hope, building stability and creating connectedness for children, families and communities. MHT’s must maintain a level of high morals and represent self as a role model for clients.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a human services field; or a minimum of one year of full-time experience working with youth in a human service field preferred; high school degree/GED required.
